Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! You can return any item within 10 days of receiving it if you're not completely satisfied, no matter the reason. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Here's what we ask:

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your order confirmation with the return.

Exceptions:

  • Custom Prints: Due to their personalized nature, custom prints are not eligible for returns - unless we made an error during printing. If the text or image on your print is not what you entered during the personalization step while placing your order, we will reprint your order and send it via expedited shipping at no cost.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once the return is processed.

Refunds:

We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 21 business days, please contact us at info@postermomens.io.
